Humentum Members, Get Started with Explore!

If you are a Humentum member, your staff can access the Humentum Explore Learning Management System (LMS).  We offer a large catalog of courses on PMD Pro (Project Management in NGOs), FMD Pro (Financial Management), Program Management, and Monitoring and Evaluation.

You’ll also need to decide who at your organization will be our point of contact for the LMS. The Explore Contact will receive quarterly reports on their staff’s activity and receive notifications of new courses and other announcements.

Simply email support@humentum.org and let us know the name and email of the Explore Contact at your organization, then share the link to this site with your staff.

FAQs for Learners

How do Humentum member’s staff register for the learning site?
Anyone who works for a Humentum member is eligble to join. Click here to create your account. Once we verify that you work for a Humentum member, you’ll receive an email with your credentials for the site. Please allow 2-3 days for your welcome email to be delivered.

I forgot my password, how can I reset it?
Visit the Courses page, and click Reset Password on the right. An email will be sent to you with a new password.

How can I change my password?
After logging in, click on your name on the upper right-hand corner. This will give you options to change your personal settings including your password.

I registered, but I didn’t receive a welcome email. What should I do?
First, check your spam filter to see if our welcome email ended up there. Don’t see it? Email support@humentum.org and we’ll look into it for you.

How do I enroll in a Learning course?
Once you are logged in, click on the Learning Center tab, you will then see a link to browse or search course. Click on the course you would like to register for it will show an Enroll button that you can use to register for the course.

FAQs for Humentum Contact 

Can I get a list of all my staff who have registered for the LMS?
We will provide to you two reports each quarter, one that will include a list of your users and how many times they have logged into the system.

Can I pull a report showing my learner’s activity?
Humentum Learning Services will provide you with a report around the start of each quarter which will list all of your learner’s activity, including courses they’ve enrolled in, completion status, and more.

My staff report that they have registered for an account but haven’t recevied their welcome email yet. What’s going on?
It will take up to three buisness days to verify and approve the account. It is important that your staff enroll using their email address to speed this proccess along. If it has been more than three days and they still haven’t received the welcome, ask them to check their spam filter. Still not there? Emaill support@Humentum.org and we’ll take a look.
